White-Label Deployment
SoxAI supports full white-label deployments. Your customers see your brand — your logo, your colors, your domain — with no SoxAI branding visible.
What You Can Customize

DNS Configuration
You need two DNS records pointing to SoxAI's infrastructure:

Brand Configuration
In the Console, navigate to Admin → Tenants → [Your Tenant] → Branding:

- Format: PNG or SVG
- Background: Transparent preferred
- Recommended size: 200×40px or similar horizontal format
- Hosted at a publicly accessible HTTPS URL
SSL Certificate
SoxAI automatically provisions a Let's Encrypt certificate for your custom domain once the CNAME record is live. The provisioning happens within minutes of saving the custom domain configuration.
You can verify the certificate is active by visiting https://console.yourcompany.com — it should load with a valid SSL certificate.
Color Customization
The brand color is applied to:
- Primary buttons
- Active navigation items
- Accent borders and highlights
- Progress bars
Use a hex color with sufficient contrast against white (#ffffff) and dark (#1a1a1a) backgrounds.
Email Templates
Transactional emails (invitations, password resets, usage alerts) use your brand name and logo automatically once branding is configured.

Multiple Tenants, Multiple Brands
Each tenant can have its own custom domain and brand configuration. This is useful for managed service providers or SaaS companies reselling SoxAI capacity under different brands.
