Invoices

SoxAI generates an invoice for every top-up payment. Transaction-level records are available for all API usage.

Viewing Invoices

Console: Billing → Invoices

The invoices list shows:

• Date and invoice number
• Payment amount and method
• Download link (PDF)

Downloading Invoices

Click the Download PDF button next to any invoice to get a printable document. Invoices include:

• Invoice number and date
• Billing period
• Itemized charges
• Your billing address (if configured)
• Payment confirmation number

Setting Billing Address

For invoices with a company name and address (required for VAT/GST purposes):

Console: Billing → Billing Address

Enter your company name, address, and VAT/tax ID if applicable. This information is applied to all future invoices.

Transaction History

For API usage records at the transaction level:

Console: Billing → Transactions

Each transaction shows:

• Timestamp
• Request ID (for debugging)
• Model used
• Input tokens, output tokens
• Cost in USD

Export to CSV for reconciliation with your finance team:

Console: Billing → Transactions → Export CSV

Select a date range and click Export. The file downloads immediately.

API Access

Transaction history is accessible programmatically:

Data Retention

Transaction records are retained for 12 months for all plans, and 7 years for Enterprise plans (for compliance purposes).

Invoice PDFs are available indefinitely.
